That would be totally fine! I may go back to that section and reword that part a little for more clarity but just to do so here; 'dream walking, etc.' is listed as a restricted power just because characters entering/affecting the dreams of others is more or less the game's central premise as it is, so things like dream walking/dream sharing/etc. are potentially redundant or may otherwise clash with the lore.

Something like this that directly interacts with a known quantity of the setting would be fine, though.
