I see! My idea was to make it so that Frieren's basic uncharged attacks were weaker than baseline, with charged ones being as strong as a basic attack can get. But honestly, this is probably kind of confusing, since her signature move is already a big charged attack. I'll just scrap the charging idea. rip that TDM thread
