They'll be primarily located at the edge of the city and near the Train Station but other than that, they're just background noise like Olruggio himself. The primary energy for these are from the wishes that people will have a safe and comfortable sleep.
Size & Complexity: It's not large but it is sort of complex? He's making a bunch of small lamps throughout the City to start, though it'll likely be affected by the mood of the general populace like most things in the Dream Sphere. The Lamps stand out because their base poles are a dark metal, with a design that loosely resembles the cloak that Olruggio has as a Dreamer, rather than the pastels usually decorate the Slumbering City.
